NOS Labs provides applied technical and consulting services on a selective basis. Engagement terms are shaped by the actual scope of the work requested.
Nature of services
Services may include applied technical support, systems configuration, network troubleshooting, infrastructure assistance, and related consulting.
NOS Labs LLC provides limited-scope technology, website, and workflow support. Services do not include enterprise IT management, advanced cybersecurity, penetration testing, custom software development, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or regulated compliance work.
No guarantee of outcome
Technical work depends on environment condition, access, third-party systems, and operating constraints. No specific result is guaranteed unless stated in writing.
Scope
Scope, timing, and deliverables are defined per engagement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate approval or a new agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful access to systems, and any approvals needed for work to proceed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOS Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NOS Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
